Science and Technology Building (Building No. 7)

The Science and Technology Building was the seventh building of The Chalermphrakiet Sakon Nakhon Province Campus, Kasetsart University. It was the 4-story building an area 9,200 square metre, using the construction budget total of 87,450,000 baht. The construction was started on July 1, 2000 and completed on March 1, 2002. H.E. Mister Ampol Senanarong, the Privy Councilor and Chairman of the Kasetsart University Council, presided over the auspicious foundation stone laying ceremony on August 15, 2001. The Science and Technology Building was a science, engineering, and agro-industry laboratory building. The ground floor was the Thai Sakon hall for organizing various activities, laboratories for civil engineering, water resources engineering, electrical and energy System, molecular genetics tissue culture, plant propagation.It comprised of the meeting & training room to accommodate 80 seats, 100 seats and 200 seats, and the lecture rooms. Moreover, there were the Office of Dean and Lecturers of 3 faculties, including the Faculty of Natural Resource and Agro-Industry, the Faculty of Science and Engineering and the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Management Science.
