Office of the Registrar

Office of the Registrar was developed from the Registration and Student Statistics Unit, Educational Service Division, the Office of the University President. When there was a rapid educational expansion in Kasetsart University, the registration and statistics work was separated from the Educational Service Division and finally became the Office of the Registrar according to the Ministry of University Affairs’ official statement No. 14 B.E. 2535 (1992), issued on September 18, 1992. The objectives of the Office of the Registrar were to be the center of educational information service related to the registration and student statistics, and to be the center of educational measurement and evaluation, where this information would be used for the administrative planning and academic development of the university. The first Director of the Office of the Registrar was Associate Professor Borpith Jaruphan.
