Professor Dr. Sa-Nga Sappasri, Kasetsart University 23rd Chairman of the University Council

Professor Dr. Sa-Nga Sappasri was the 23rd Chairman of the Kasetsart University (August 30, 1992 – August 29, 1996). Work philosophy: Must think and do in an excellent way. He was born on January 9, 1932 at Chiang Mai province, son of Mr. Moong and Mrs. Usa Sappasri, receiving the primary level education from The Prince Royal's College and Montfort College, Chiang Mai province. He graduated the forestry diploma from Kasetsart University in 1954, Bachelor’s Degree of Science Program (Forestry) from Oregon State University in 1957, Master’s Degree of Science Program (Forestry) from Oregon State University in 1959, and Ph.D. (Forestry Ecology) from University of Washington, the United States, in 1961. After returning to Thailand, he served as government service, the faculty member, in the Department of Silviculture, the Faculty of Forestry, Kasetsart University.
