The Office of Extension and Training

The Office of Extension and Training was established in 1959 as the internal department (the Office of Extension and Promotion), responsible for agricultural information dissemination. On August 10, the Kasetsart University Radio Station was established. On August 21, 1970 there was the official statement of the Office of the Prime Minister declared the reorganization of Kasetsart University to set up the Office of Extension and Training to provide academic services to the society and disseminating knowledge to the public in various forms. The first Director was Associate Professor Phorn Suwanvajokkasikij to supervise The Office of Extension and Training and Kasetsart University Radio Station.
