The head of Kaset Sriracha students Research Institute (1964-1978)The head of Sriracha Research Institute (1978-1984) The student training center was initiated by the Sheriff of Sriracha, Sheriff Prathan Wutthiprapai. He provided the land plot to Kasetsart University in 1955. It was the public land plot that used for the cemetery and people always herded their livestock to feed here. Kasetsart University President, Luang Suwan Vajokkasikij, received this land plot from the Sheriff of Sriracha before assigning Professor Mom Ratchawong Chavanit-Nadakorn Voravan, the then Department Head of Animal Husbandry to manage the land plot.
