Faculty of Sports Science

Faculty of Sports Science was established with equivalent level to the faculty under The Kamphaeng Saen Campus, upon the approval of the Kasetsart University Council, on March 24, 2005. It offered a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree program. It also created the collaboration with other organization, domestic and international such as sending the faculty members to study visit and conduct research with the educational university providing sports science program, namely, Chulalongkorn University, Srinakharinwirot University, University of Northern Colorado, the United States, and Kang Wang National University, Korea. It also worked with a professional organization such as ACESS (Asian Council of Exercise and Sport Science).It acquired budget to support the student activities for all aspects of development such as participating the national academic conference during the Universiade and SEA Games in 2007; providing the academic service of the Sports Science Research and Development Center, including Fitness Center, Sports Science Physical Fitness Rehabilitation Clinic after Sports Injuries, and Sports Psychology Clinic. These centers were also the workshop center for the students and being data sources for the academic research of the faculty and students. It was also the sports center for the community.
