The Chalermphrakiet Building (Building No. 14)

The Chalermphrakiet Building was the fourteenth building of The Chalermphrakiet Sakon Nakhon Province Campus, Kasetsart University. It was a 2-story building with an area 9,960.40 square metre, using the construction budget total of 87,000,000.00 Baht. The construction was started on March 21, 2005. Associate Professor Dr. Viroch Impithuksa presided over the auspicious foundation stone laying ceremony on Thursday, May 16, 2006 at 5:39 pm. It was completed on November 10, 2006. The Chalermphrakiat Building had fulfilled the campus facilities. It comprised of the Viroch Impithuksa Meeting Room, accommodated up to 3,000 seats, for holding the seminar, events such as the Training of the Development of Modern Graduates, Wai Kru Ceremonies (Teacher Appreciation Day), exhibitions, and ceremony on important occasions of the university including some indoor sports. In addition, it was also used as a learning center and expansion of technology transfer and dissemination of agricultural science in the Northeast region.
