Faculty of Engineering at Kamphaeng Saen

The Faculty of Engineering at Kamphaeng Saen was formerly part of the Faculty of Engineering at Bangkhen. It was initiated by the Irrigation Engineering School, the Royal Irrigation Department, which was established in 1938 by Mom Luang Xujati Kambhu. In 1951, it was included as the affiliation of Kasetsart University and changed to the Faculty of Irrigation Engineering in 1954, and became the Faculty of Engineering in 1966. In 1979, the Department of Agricultural Engineering and the Department of Irrigation Engineering were moved to be located on the Kamphaeng Saen Campus, which was the beginning of the Faculty of Engineering at Kamphaeng Saen. Until April 22, 2003, upon the approval of the Kasetsart University Council, the management of the Faculty of Engineering at Kamphaeng Saen was separated from the Faculty of Engineering at Bangkhen and the Faculty of Engineering at Kamphaeng Saen was established. It was officially 1 of 6 faculties of the Kamphaeng Saen Campus.
