Phra Chuangkasetsinlapakan, Kasetsart University 10th Chairman of the University Council

Phra Chuangkasetsinlapakan was the 10th Chairman of the Kasetsart University Council (November 30, 1948 – November 28, 1951). Phra Chuangkasetsinlapakan was one of the three masters in the agricultural field of Thailand. He was one of the three Kasetsart University founders, including Phra Chuangkasetsinlapakan, Luang Suwan Vajokkasikij, and Luang Ingkhasikasikan, who brought the success to the university and developed Thai agriculture to be recognized among the modern nations of the world. Phra Chuangkasetsinlapakan, formerly known as Chuang Lojaya) was born on July 20, 1899 at Ban Sae, Phra Pradaeng sub-district, Phra Pradaeng district, Samutprakarn province, son of Lt. Luang Sripolphaeo Royal Thai Navy (Khao Lojaya). He began his elementary level 1-3 at Wat Song Tham School in Phra Pradaeng district. He studied secondary level 1-3 at Wat Suthat Secondary School and continued secondary level 4-8 at Suankularp School (1916). After graduation, he applied to be the teacher at Suankularp School.
