Personnel Residential Condominium (Building No. 3)

Personnel Residential Condominium was the third building of The Chalermphrakiet Sakon Nakhon Province Campus, Kasetsart University. His Holiness Somdet Phra Nyanasamvara the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand presided over the auspicious foundation stone laying ceremony on Sunday, December 26, 1999 at 2:39 pm. It was the 3-story building with area 4,435.60 square metre, using the construction budget total of 58,990,000.00 baht. The construction was started on September 16, 1998 and completed on March 8, 2000. It served more than 120 rooms for Kasetsart University personnel and their family. It also accommodated the administrators and faculty members who traveled from the headquarters. It provided services the same as the standard hotel, consisting of a meeting room, restaurant, gym, music room, first aid room, recreation rooms, gardens, and parking, etc., In case of there were vacant rooms left, it opened for the grads students and their parents to rent at an economic price.
