The Office of Sriracha Campus

Kasetsart University, Sriracha Campus was established in 1994 when the university had a policy to adjust the administration and operation of the “Sriracha Community College” to be the “Sriracha Campus Establishment Project” in order to be responsible for the administrative work and support the teaching and studying. The Sriracha Campus Establishment Project comprised of 5 organizations, including the Faculty of Management Science Establishment Project, Faculty of Industrial Technology Establishment Project, The Faculty of Environmental and Resources Management Establishment Project, the Office of Academic Service Establishment Project, and the Office of Sriracha Campus Establishment Project.The resolution from the Kasetsart University Council Meeting 3rd/ B.E.2542 (1999) on March 15, 1999 was to upgrade the “Sriracha Campus Establishment Project” to be the “Sriracha Campus”, according to the announcement from the Kasetsart University Council regarding the prescription of changing the establishment project to be the campus, prescribed on April 16, 1999. Later, the Kasetsart University Council Meeting 12th/ B.E.2542 (1999) on December 20, 1999 gave the approval to organize the campus organization structure by having 5 main organizations, including the Faculty of Management Science, Faculty of Industrial Technology, The Faculty of Environmental and Resources Management, the Office of Academic Service, and the Office of Sriracha Campus, prescribed on December 29, 1999. The Office of Sriracha Campus comprised of the Administration Division, the Educational Division, the Student Affairs Division, and Building Physical Plant, Vehicle Division. The scope and description of works was expanded to support the current and future operations, as well as having clear responsibilities between divisions. In order to increase the efficiency and flexibility of the Office of Sriracha Campus, the reorganization was proposed in the Kasetsart University Council Meeting 4th/ B.E.2549 (2006), and it was approved to reorganize into 5 main organizations, including the Administration Division, the Educational Division, the Student Affairs Division, and Building Physical Plant, Vehicle Division, and Property and Welfare Division.
